Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new-collection launches or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option you select. Current U.S. options include Standard and Express delivery.

Delivery Times

Because our catalog is thoughtfully curated from a network of trusted fulfillment partners, delivery times vary by item. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Express options, where available, arrive sooner. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–20 business days after processing.

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can affect delivery times.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to update after you receive it.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra when an order arrives in multiple packages.

Address Changes

Need to correct your shipping address? Contact orders@omni-haven.com as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change an address once a package has shipped.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking has not updated in more than 10 days, or your order seems lost, contact orders@omni-haven.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
